PINACLE Pass® is a free mobile application developed by PNC Bank N.A. to provide a secure and convenient alternative to carrying a physical token. This app generates token passcodes that can be used on the PINACLE® desktop site and the PINACLE Mobile App anytime a token passcode is required.
To activate your token, a system administrator must assign a mobile token to your Operator ID. Once activated, you can open the app anytime to see the one-time passcode needed for authentication.
